In addition to direct therapeutic work, I also offer supervision to mental health professionals. This can be useful to explore therapeutic work, relationships with clients, and formulation building. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss any of this further.
Clinical supervision is available to persons providing mental health services. This includes students currently in training, recent graduates seeking supervision for licensure, and licensed professionals. I have received doctoral training in a variety of theoretical orientations but work primarily from a cognitive-behavioral framework.
I have extensive experience in applying cognitive- behavioral theory and treatment approaches to a range of disorders and life problems. This includes the development of case formulations / functional analyses as well as the application of specific intervention (e.g., systematic desensitization, relaxation training, etc.). Areas of advanced training and expertise include trauma, CBT for depression, cognitive therapy for suicidal patients and more.
Please contact me to discuss your needs further, so that we might begin formulating a plan that best fits your needs.
